Construction of single car carport/patio. Interior remodel of back unit with removal of wall to create open floorplan concept with modern cabinetry and large quartz counter top peninsula.

After

Slate tile courtyard patio with recessed lighting and water feature.

Removed loadbearing wall and installed beam for support to creat an open concept kitchen.

Quartz topped island and counter tops, new pre-finished hardwood floor.
